As a Professional Engineering Fraternity, Theta Tau strives to develop excellent working relationships with industry leaders while also promoting and fostering professionalism among its members and the engineering community at large. This is done by providing the industry with highly professional engineering leaders and a comprehensive Professional Development program. The Xi Gamma Chapter works with corporations, the Texas A&M Career Center, the Texas A&M Leadership & Service Center, and the Theta Tau Educational Foundation to provide its members, the college and its students with a premier Professional Development program.
