Theta Tau is the Nation's oldest and still foremost fraternity for engineers. It was founded in 1904 at the University of Minnesota and has since initiated over 30,000 members. It is a co-ed professional engineering fraternity, which combines the best aspects of social fraternities and technical and honor societies, including life long brotherhood, ritual (ideals of the organization), leadership and networking opportunities, and professional development, community service, and social events.
